Pros: Great Content EVERY MONTH! Cons: Need MORE ISSUES! :)
"I love this magazine. I'm a massage therapist and I find this magazine packed full of helpful information to share with my clients. I read a lot of publications relating to health & wellness and by far this publication seems to consistantly provide a wealth of helpful information that is useful to everyone. I highly recommend it."

Pros: Relevant to the times & even the ads are beneficial Cons: none
"I am 48 years old and had totally given up finding a magazine that was worth reading. I am tired of spending money on a publication that has the same topics or articles, month after month. The only difference is the author. I am also tired of all the ads you see in magazines. Not only does it seem like there are ten ads to every "one" article in the majority of the magazines on the market, but they are the same ads we are inundated with on t.v.. Body t soul is a welcome and refreshing read. Not only did I read every single article but the ads are health related and don't scream "You're not beautiful enough the way you are! Buy me so you can look like everyone else!" The articles are truly about your body & soul and learning how to live a better life. If you would like to get off the hamster wheel of life and would welcome a change for a healthier you, I recommend reading body t soul."

"I had been on the look out for a new magazine.. One with information on diet, natural products well.. How to take care of my self and preserve my self. So.. I picked up an issue of body and soul at the grocery and this appeared to be it. I now have a subscription and have not been disappointed. I now know that just going a little green makes a difference and how to do so on my budget.. just what I was looking for as well as great healthy recipes and earth and body friendly product suggestion. I enjoy it!"

Can't live without it Magazine,
March 19, 2007
By sonshinefrom Carpentersville ILL
"If you want to change your life for the better, this is one magazine you must feast your eyes on! Look around you and see the world and people going in the wrong direction, by not reading good material to better their health. The first step is to acknowledge you need to make a change, the second step is to read up on the change you want to make, and the third is to TAKE ACTION! Good luck and God Bless."
