"People is a great magazine. It has pictures and stories on celebrities that are current, but they also cover interesting stories about "normal" people. People also includes reviews of new books, cds and movies. I enjoy reading In Touch and Us Weekly also, but People probably has a broader appeal due to coverage of topics other than celebrities. I highly recommend it and love that with a subscription I get it every week in my mailbox!"

"Being a self-proclaimed entertainment 'junkie', I enjoy reading a wide variety of magazines. Yet, without fail, I always find myself reaching for the latest People magazine off the rack FIRST, while standing in line at the store or just 'loitering'-if permitted, of course! People seems to get the story first and have facts and/or pictures to back it up. Their articles are compelling reads and intelligently written, drawing me in at the first sentence. I'm proud to be a subscriber to People magazine and will continue to be so as long as they continue to keep up the good work! Kudos, People! ; )"

"PEOPLE Magazine surprised me with one of the best photo shoots of their new twins with their siblings and parents. The photos were intimate and so loving and showed how dearly they interact with one another. The twins look picture perfect for newborns which was delightful. Then to see Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh interacting with the babies as well as Mom and Dad, it gave me a heartfelt feeling I rarely get from a magazine. To see how Brad and Angie are so tender and loving as well as thrilled with their whole family, it really makes you think maybe they can do this after all and do it well. I think this article will inspire more people to think about adopting children from these war torn countries. Thank you PEOPLE for giving us such a tasteful and heart warming view into this rich and famous couple's life:)"

"I always enjoy reading PEOPLE magazine, especially about the celebrities, reporters, etc. However, in the next issue of the Sexiest Men Alive, you should certainly include ALAN JACKSON, because he is definitely THE SEXIEST MAN ALIVE. Just look into those eyes and watch those long legs. He would get thousands of votes. I think you should do an article on Alan and possibly his family."

"I think People has become too much of a gossip magazine all about celebrities. It used to contain stories about regular people, sensational crime stories, and just general things. Now it has become all movie stars and what they are doing and who they are doing it with. I have a subscription and I am disappointed every week so far that the stories are not more in depth and more interesting. Who cares about Brittany Spears and her troubles???"

"Whilst I think people is doing a good job and selling there magazine. I find it unfortunate that the articles often seem very opinionated. It seems that often instead of hearing the facts, we recieve a slightly twisted version of the truth. For example the recent slaunder of Jennifer Aniston in an article in regard to relationships seemed uneccessary and it also conflicted with hundreds of previous artcles written on the same subject. It put me off reading any further into the magazine. I think people like gossip, but they also like the truth."

"I am about to cancel my subscription to "People;" I am so tired of Paris Hilton I could gag. The July 9th issue with Paris looking like the Virgin Mary herself was over the top for me. Aside from that, People is beginning to look like a tabloid; not the slick, professional magazine it used to be."
