Pros: Great Writers, Great Pictures, Great Ideas for Stories Cons: A Lot of Ads
"SI is a great magazine. They write on great topics while including amazing snapshots. Their pop-culture grid, first person, and Dan Patrick's column are also very good. SI is a great buy for you or as a present."

Pros: Established in sports journal world and highly regarded for its work. Cons: Slightly ad heavy and sometimes ads may be too provocative especially for kids.

The best sports magazine published,
May 30, 2007
By Irve
"There is no other sports magazine that comes close to SI in all terms - colorful and exciting photos, articles about virtually every sport written by very knowledgeable and capable writers, and critical articles written or contributed to by athletes or outside writers. And it is not all serious; there are writers with great talents who can get you to laugh about everything and anything.
If youm don't read it now, start doing it now, and you will foreever subscribe.to one of the very best magazines in print today."

dissaapointed,
February 25, 2007

"Im a pro photographer and I saw the results of the swimsuit phots..gastly! Id be embarrased to show most of those photos to potential clients, not due to the nature of the swimsuit,,but the execution of the images and the posing..the ladies who shot at the ranch, it looked like a highschool second yr shoot..the models looked trashy and cheap..the band shoot was almost as bad..bad bad bad bad. Your main shooter did a nice job , his work stood head and shoulders above the others . the others work looks so bad i couldnt believe it was in SI...and the editoral staff who let them shoot and passed the work on to us the readers..WHAT were they thinking when they let it go to press..the lay outs looked like they were done the night before they got to ink..geeesh!!!"
