Pros: nice articles on role models Cons: lots of focus on boys
"Again, another magazine for young teens and not "tweens". I thought "Discovery Girls" would be more like articles which explain natural world, travel, maybe a little fashion thrown in. Instead we get focusing on "mean girl" stuff, boys, and hair-dos. Very ad intensive."

"I wasn't sure about it first, but it is soo totally awesome. I never thought that it could be so good. Personally, I liked the advice which actually deals with stuff girls like me are going through. Anyway, make sure you get it!"
